Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Please read the policy below carefully, as it differs for digital and physical products.

Digital Downloads

Because digital files can be downloaded instantly and copied, we do not accept returns or 

offer refunds on digital products once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

If you experience any technical issues with the download (e.g., corrupted file), please contact 

us within 7 days of purchase and we will happily provide a replacement file.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, accidental purchases, or after the file has been 

accessed/downloaded.

Physical Products (¼” MDF Templates, Paper Templates, Booklets, etc.)

We do not accept returns on any physical items for hygiene, customization, or made-to-order 

reasons.

Defective or damaged items: If your physical product arrives damaged or is defective due to 

our error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will either 

replace the item (if possible) or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

We do not cover return shipping, customer misuse, or items that no longer meet your needs 

after receipt.

All physical sales are otherwise final.

General Refund Process

If we approve a refund (rare for physical items, and only in cases of defects or errors on 

digital files), it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We have never had a dispute with any customer and are always willing to work with you to 

resolve any legitimate issue fairly.
