This 28-room Purple Martin house plan was previously offered for purchase at $6 but is now available as a free download. I designed and built four of these houses myself, and while the design is functional, I am not fully confident in its long-term performance. Specifically, I found that the fence pickets used in the construction continued to dry out over time, leading to gaps in the structure that I did not anticipate, even after selecting materials I believed were sufficiently dry.

For this reason, I discontinued selling the plan, as I only want to share products I fully endorse.
